B2B Meetings
- Exclusive Business-to-Business (B2B) meeting is one of the key highlights of CII Annual Session 2023. B2B Meetings provide an opportunity to interact with large number of business participants in the same sector to collaborate and get new ideas; meet exhibitors, sponsors, delegates with their sectoral business heads; find your prospective business partners; establish new professional collaborations; find prospective clients and the suppliers; build your business network; and showcase your brand.
- To facilitate B2B meetings at the CII Annual Session 2023, CII has created a B2B Portal to schedule meetings. Access to this B2B Platform is restricted to the participants of CII Annual Session 2023.
- The registered participants of CII Annual Session 2023 will receive automatic email communication regarding access to B2B portal https://ciiannualsession.b2bmeeting.in with their userid and password within 24 hours of their registration. Registered participants are requested to check their junk or spam folders in case they do not find this email in their inbox or write to aman.jha@cii.in with registered email to get userid and password
- To receive further communication regarding CII Annual Session B2B Meetings, registered participants are requested to save noreply@ciiannualsession.b2bmeeting.in in their contact list to prevent email alerts getting moved to Span / Junk folder.
- Those who have not registered at the CII Annual Session 2023, are requested first register at the CII Annual Session 2023 here. Post registration, login credentials of B2B platform will be shared with the registered participants.
How to access B2B Portal?
- Login to https://ciiannualsession.b2bmeeting.in using your userid and password
- After logging in, please update your personal profile, company profile, Sectors of Interest and objective of attending the B2B Meeting and upload a recent photograph. This will help other participants understand your areas of interest and identify you as potential B2B meeting partner.
- To fix a B2B meeting or participate in one, access the list of Registered Participants by clicking on 'List of Participants' icon in your dashboard. You can also search for participants using parameters such as Name, Company Name, and Sectors of Interest.
- In the participant list page, you can view the profile of each delegate and shortlist them to send meeting invite.
- To send a request for B2B Meeting to participants attending CII Annual Session , please click on the link 'Request Meeting' front of the Delegate you would like to fix a B2B Meeting with. In the pop-up window, select the proposed date, time and the meeting table.
- Participants can get a status of the B2B Meetings in their dashboard of the Online B2B Scheduler. Click on an appropriate option to get details as well as to accept / reschedule / cancel a Meeting request.
- You will be getting email alerts on the email ID provided by you on all the meeting requests and updates related to you. Please add noreply@ciiannualsession.b2bmeeting.in your contact list to prevent email alerts getting moved to Spam / Junk folder.
- Click on the 'My Meetings' option to view your B2B Meeting Schedule as well as to download the schedule in a pdf format.
- Showcase your project / product profiles in 'Project Proposal' Section which will be visible for all the delegates of Convention.
