Guidelines for B2B Meeting Participants

  1. Access to the B2B Portal is restricted to registered participants of the CII Annual Business Summit 2025.
  2. The Portal is solely for scheduling meetings online. All B2B meetings will be held in person at the summit venue.
  3. Login credentials will be emailed to registered participants. Upon login, please complete your personal profile, company information, sectors of interest, meeting objectives, and upload a recent photograph.
  4. CII does not share your contact details with other participants. If you wish to share your details, use the message box while sending a meeting request.
  5. Log in to the B2B Portal at: https://ciiannualsession.b2bmeeting.in using your username and password.
  6. Update your profiles and preferences—this helps others identify suitable matches for meetings.
  7. To schedule meetings, go to the ‘List of Participants’ tab and search using filters like name, company, or sector.
  8. View participant profiles and shortlist those you’d like to meet.
  9. To send a meeting request, click 'Request Meeting', then select a preferred date, time, and meeting table.
  10. Track the status of your meetings from your dashboard—accept, reschedule, or cancel as needed.
  11. You will receive email notifications for all meeting updates.
  12. View or download your meeting schedule under the 'My Meetings' section.
  13. Showcase your offerings in the ‘Project Proposal’ section—visible to all attendees.
  14. Participants may also send you meeting requests. You can accept or reject them. Unanswered requests will remain pending.
  15. Once you accept a request, meet the invitee at the assigned table at the scheduled time.
  16. If you prefer to manually manage meetings, disable the ‘Auto Accept Meetings’ option under your profile.
  17. Log in daily to stay updated, respond to requests, and manage your schedule.
  18. Be punctual and respectful of others’ time.
  19. If you’re unable to attend a scheduled meeting, notify the B2B Coordinator at b2bmeetings@cii.in.
  20. Necessary logistical support will be provided on-site to ensure smooth meetings.
  21. Arrive at the venue at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time and wait if the table is occupied.
  22. Share your visiting card with on-site B2B Coordinators or volunteers for assistance.
  23. Print your confirmed meeting schedule and carry it for easy reference.
  24. You may also message fellow participants in advance to confirm their availability.
  25. Please meet only at the designated table - do not change your assigned location.
  26. Conclude your meetings on time to allow smooth transitions for others.
  27. Each meeting is limited to 15 minutes.
  28. Overstaying beyond your allotted slot is not permitted.
  29. Reach out to on-site B2B Coordinators/Volunteers for any support.
  30. After your meetings, we encourage you to submit feedback.
  31. Meeting confirmations are not guaranteed; they depend on table, time slot, and participant availability.
  32. Meeting requests may be declined or remain unconfirmed due to availability constraints.
  33. CII is not responsible for last-minute cancellations or participant no-shows.
  34. If both parties are present, CII will facilitate the meeting on-site.
  35. CII reserves the right to modify or cancel meetings, time slots, or locations as needed.
